Brian Phillips is the new managing director of Ericsson Communications and country manager for New Zealand. He replaces Goran Olsson, who has been promoted to head product management and marketing in a newly formed business unit in Sweden.
Phillips, aged 47, joined Ericsson nine years ago as general manager, Ericsson Napier, and was part of the senior executive team of Ericsson New Zealand.
Debra Northmore has been made general manager sales and marketing for InterCity/Newmans Coachlines in Auckland.
Neil Liddle has become a business partner in Auckland-based strategic communications agency Mandala.
