Tim Jago (pictured) has been appointed chief executive officer of Auckland Cooperative Taxi Society. He has previously worked in management positions in local government and the not-for-profit sector. Accountant Kiran Patel has taken the newly-created position of finance manager. A special general meeting has elected Alastair Honeyman chairman of the management board.

Jane Holden, chief executive of the Royal New Zealand Foundation for the Blind, has resigned after four years in search of new opportunities and leaves in November.

Peter Beggs has been appointed manager of Carter Holt Harvey's Global Licensing and Innovation business. He was last manager, technology, and replaces Ross Files.

Grant Jarrold, based in Christchurch, has more than 15 years in providing business solutions to large corporate organisations. Robyn Russell leads the transfer pricing team in Auckland. Bruce Wallace co-leads the creative tax services group.
