Elaine Ford has been appointed chief executive of a new office integration company to be formed from the 500-staff combination of U-Bix Document Solutions and Cogent Communications. She is a former general manager of systems integration for Wang New Zealand.

Victor Yukich has become managing director of control and instrumentation products company Eurotec Instruments. He was previously the managing director of Siemens Building Technologies.

Mark Kamphorst has joined HR Logic NZ Ltd in a consulting role. He was last human resources manager for Nestle NZ. Chris Mackenzie joins the company to focus on recruitment activities. She specialises in sales, marketing and management.

Lyn Barnes is the new editor of Cuisine magazine. She has been deputy for three years to publisher and editor Julie Dalzell, who is stepping aside from the joint role to spend more time on the future direction of Cuisine Publications.
