He has also been appointed to the board of Eagle Technology Group, one of NZ's largest privately owned information technology companies.
Paul Simmonds has been appointed investment manager corporate locations for Investment New Zealand, a division of Trade New Zealand.
He will manage foreign direct investment marketing projects focused on the venture capital and specialised manufacturing sectors.
Nicola Hunter is the new general manager of eCargo, an e-business start-up 70 per cent owned by Carter Holt Harvey and based at The Icehouse incubation centre.
Hunter, who has a background in IT, has recently emigrated with her family from South Africa.
Lincoln Gould will be the new chief executive of the Newspaper Publishers' Association from mid-January, replacing Hamish Riach, who has been appointed chief executive of the Canterbury Rugby Union.
Gould is director of the graduate school of business and government management at Victoria University in Wellington.
Sally McKinnon has been appointed general manager of CPO (Central Post Operations) TV and Tracey Hobbs has been appointed facilities manager.
McKinnon was previously general manager NZ of VoiceWorks, and Hobbs previously worked at Auckland Audio.
