David Handley has been appointed an agribusiness tier one manager for the Bank of New Zealand's Pukekohe branch, responsible for the company's larger clients in the Franklin region. He was previously an accountant with KPMG in Auckland and Toronto.
Steve Davis has joined Alto Plastics as its business development manager from Carter Holt Harvey, where he was packaging divisions sales manager.
Martyn Thompson of Aeroflight Holdings in Papakura has been appointed as a Federal Aviation Administration Designated Airworthiness Representative. His function is as an independent contractor to the FAA carrying out worldwide USA aircraft certification and support.
Aroha Haggie has joined the Health Research Council of New Zealand as Kaiwhakahaere, manager Maori Health Research. Haggie was previously programme manager, Maori Health at Counties Manukau District Health Board.
Murray Jordan has been appointed general manager, property strategy for Foodstuffs (Auckland). Jordan comes to Foodstuffs from AMP Capital Investors, where he has held the position of general manager AMP Property Portfolio for two years. Jordan succeeds Gordon Davies, who retires this year after 26 years with the company but will remain for a period in a consulting role.
