Bank of New Zealand has appointed Michael Faville as associate director for corporate and institutional banking. Gillian Munnik has become head of business development for agribusiness financial services and Chris Gourley has been appointed in sales and service.
Gen-i has appointed Kim Moleta to the role of client director for its government sector in Wellington. Moleta has more than 20 years' sales experience and returns to Gen-i from EDS. Canon has promoted Tony Wills to the role of managing director of Canon New Zealand. Wills replaces Gordon Lamont, who has been appointed to the role of chairman, Canon New Zealand. Before his promotion, Wills spent 18 months as national manager of the firm's business imaging solutions group.
Freedom Air has appointed Stephen Jones as general manager. He is moving from Air New Zealand where he is general manager of business performance in ventures. Acting general manager Michael Young will move to Air New Zealand to take the position left vacant by Jones. Maori Television has appointed Manutai Schuster as acquisitions manager. Schuster's role includes buying programmes but does not include commissioning programmes from the local independent production community. Macquarie Resources has appointed Peter Davies as training and development manager. Davies has more than 15 years' experience in corporate and private business management and training, including eight years at TelstraClear and Clear Communications.
