Steve Wilkinson, the general manager of Manukau City-based Auckland Finance, has been appointed chairman of Enterprising Manukau, a trust set up by the local council to promote economy-boosting projects. Before joining Auckland Finance he was general manager of car leasing company Fleetlease.

Paul Baron has been appointed head of PA Consulting's business transformation group in Auckland. He was previously a vice-president of Cap Gemini Ernst and Young.

Scott Jenyns and Paul Houlahan have been appointed franchise support managers for Fastway Couriers. The new operations manager for Fastway roading and domestic transhipping networks is Kerry Lane. Angela Willis is Fastway's marketing co-ordinator.

Financial law specialist and Notary Public Simon McArley has joined KPMG Legal Auckland's expanding financial services. He moves to Auckland after practising at partner level in Wellington for 10 years.

After nearly seven years heading Dell's operations in New Zealand, Ross Allan has decided to leave to pursue other interests and spend more time with his young family. Bill Taylor-Mountford will assume responsibility for the general management of Dell's operations in New Zealand.
