Gordon Lewis has been appointed Livestock Improvement's general manager, corporate services. Previously general manager for Canpac International, he has more recently completed an assignment in Mexico integrating an acquisition there by New Zealand Milk, Fonterra's consumer manufacturing and marketing arm.
Shalfoon Dental has appointed Gail Oliver as general manager, New Zealand. Oliver has been with the company for the past two years as sales manager and has more than 20 years' experience in the dental industry in sales, marketing, management and personnel.
Karen Russell has joined career transition and outplacement firm Donnington as national director. She was previously managing director Australia and New Zealand for DBM.
Ballance Agri-Nutrients Co-operative has appointed 47-year-old accountant David Graham as chairman of the board replacing Peter Jensen, who is retiring. Graham, formerly the deputy chairman, has been a director for the past five years and is a director of associated fertiliser company, Summit Quinphos.
Mandy Buck has joined Korn Ferry/Futurestep in Auckland as a consultant, following 6 1/2 years with Robert Walters in New Zealand, most recently as the manager of its executive division.
