Jane Fairbridge, previously executive assistant and special projects manager at Click Clack's head office in Palmerston North, has been appointed to head the company's marketing, sales and distribution operations in Britain and Europe, based in Thetford, Norfolk.

Forest Research has appointed Mike Lee as chief operating officer - commercial. With several years' experience in the dairy industry, Lee has worked for Fonterra and its predecessor, the New Zealand Dairy Board. He has spent the past 10 years in various sales, marketing and management roles in Europe, Australia and Asia.

Geoff Penrose will replace Fiona Luhrs as chief executive of Qualmark. Penrose is manager, business development and marketing at the Auckland City Gallery and has held a number of senior roles including Quality Services Manager for Auckland City Council. Luhrs is moving to chief executive of the Tourism Industry Association of New Zealand.

Parker Bridge Recruitment has appointed Adele Sycamore to the commercial accounting recruitment team in the Auckland office. Nicole Bradford has been appointed as company accountant. She has worked within the property industry.

Margot Forrest has joined Buddle Findlay's Wellington office as a senior solicitor in the business services team. Forrest was formerly with the corporate advisory group at Russell McVeagh in Wellington. Before that, she spent five years working in commercial law firms in Edinburgh, Scotland.
