Guy Royal has joined Bell Gully as a senior solicitor in the law firm's Wellington office, and becomes part of the Maori services team. He has been in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong, but worked for the firm from 1993 to 1997 in the Auckland office.

Murray Walton, managing director of Kodak New Zealand, has become general manager, Kodak Retail Services, Consumer Imaging Australia and New Zealand. He will be based in Melbourne. Julian Pinfold has become managing director Kodak New Zealand and general manager Consumer Imaging.

Former general practitioner Gavin Frost has become business unit and medical affairs manager, ethical markets, for 3M Pharmaceuticals. He joined in 1992 as market development and medical affairs manager.

Cushla Goldspink has become senior relationship manager for IT company Axon. She was formerly business development manager with Certus. Joshua King has become relationship manager. He was last with Independent Telecom as a sales consultant. Kate Pender has become project manager, and was previously with AUT Technology Park as business manager.
