As a result of management changes in Tse Group, managing director, architect Michael Phanoulas, is relocating to Auckland. He has spearheaded the group's architectural practice in China and Vietnam. Structural engineer Mark Foo has assumed the role of branch manager, Auckland. Two new principals are architect Peter McCombe and Peter Kerrigan.
New associates are Susan Lee, a Phd in architecture; surveyor Darren Soo; engineer Vaughan Crang and group IT manager David Cowie.

Roger North, managing director of Lion Nathan New Zealand, has been appointed managing director, business development. Long-time Nathan staffer Julian Davidson has been appointed the new managing director. Former marketing director Lee Hill is moving to a senior management role within the expanding wine business and will be based in Australia. Steve Mason, who has been with Lion Nathan for 27 years, has been appointed as the new marketing director.
