Giuseppe Morelli, the former general manager of waterfront restaurant Cin Cin on Quay, is the new manager of the Brasserie, at Stamford Plaza. Before Cin Cin, Morelli had his own Italian restaurant for four years.

Changes at the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals see Bob Kerridge become chief executive of the organisation as well as a member of the society's council. John Loof will assume the role of general manager.

Former marketing executive Cathi Roberts has moved into the position of Toshiba's northern region channel manager, based in Auckland, while former Sealcorp account manager, Dennis Prendergast, has come on board as Toshiba's southern region channel manager, based in Wellington.
