Marketing technology company Touchpoint has appointed Ben Glynn as account manager. He is a recent graduate of the University of Auckland. Also new at Touchpoint is Jon Edmonds, who has been appointed project coordinator. Edmonds is a former installation manager and IT systems administrator at events company Network Visuals.

Hirepool Limited has made two new senior appointments. Stan de Thierry has been promoted to a new role as manager of Hirepool Energy, while Tere Hagai is to take over as national divisional manager of Henderson Rentals, recently acquired by Hirepool. De Thierry was previously Rotorua Branch manager and Hagai has spent 12 years at Hirepool across a wide rank of tasks, most recently as lower North Island regional manager.

Former Citibank regional director and Diners Club Australia managing director, Grant Halverson has been appointed CEO of payment solutions company GFG Group. Halverson replaces interim CEO Anthony Howard, of technology investment advisers Howard & Co, who remains as a GFG Group shareholder and board member. Halverson joins GFG from the research and advisory company McLean Roche.

PricewaterhouseCoopers has made two senior appointments in its investigations and forensic services team. Nick Paterson joins as a director responsible for forensic accounting, fraud investigations and commercial investigations. He is currently the president of the Auckland Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Campbell McKenzie joins the company as an associate director and is a forensic computing specialist. He has spent the last five years with the New Zealand Police.

Andrew Hardiman has been appointed Art Director at Publicis Dialog. Most recently he was creative director at Bristol-based agency Mason Zimbler where he worked for clients ranging from Microsoft to Antiques Roadshow.
