Ian Watson is the new agency/online advertising director for the New Zealand Herald. His last post was general manager for Puma (NZ). Rob Billington has joined the Herald in the position of marketing director. He comes from TV One, where he was marketing manager.

Engineering and environmental consultancy URS New Zealand has added to its team working on sustainable transport solutions. Senior transportation planner and environmental scientist Michael Steele and sustainable transportation planner Nadine Ord join an Auckland-based multidisciplinary team. In Christchurch, URS has appointed David Blackmore, a civil engineer and project manager with more than 20 years' experience in shaping major roading projects.
