Law firm Kensington Swan has appointed Diana Pryde as its interim chief executive officer replacing Graham Shaw who left on March 31. Pryde has 20 years' leadership and service management experience and was formerly the chief executive of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Ray Lewis has been appointed manager of the Comvita Medical Division based in Cambridge. Lewis joined the firm after working on contract as business development manager with AgResearch in Hamilton. He was previously global vice-president for INSPEC, a science publishing company based in New York.
Rob Latton has become a partner in Auckland law firm Lowndes Associates. Before joining Lowndes Associates last year, Latton spent three years with law firm Russell McVeagh.
Graeme Frost is now the chief executive officer of website marketing company First Rate. He has experience in acquisitions and disposals and was chief executive of Keystone which he co-founded.
Paul Rogers has been promoted to general manager performance solutions group, at Infinity Solutions.
ANZ Private Equity has appointed Grant McGregor as a director. McGregor arrives from Scotland, where he spent 14 years in the private equity industry, primarily with 3i Group. He will be based in Auckland.
