Prominent architect Pip Cheshire, managing director of architectural practice Jasmax, has accepted a position as adjunct professor of architecture at the University of Auckland.

Carolyn Solomon is the new principal of Auckland International College. She returns to New Zealand after nine years working at overseas schools. She was most recently foundation head of an international baccalaureate world boarding school in Thailand.

Steve Girdlestone is the new senior writer at ad agency Singleton, Ogilvy and Mather. He has worked for Saatchi and Saatchi in both Warsaw and Budapest.
