Helen Atkins has been appointed to the Environmental Risk Management Authority (Erma) Board. Atkins is an Auckland-based partner of law firm, Phillips Fox, where she runs a team of lawyers who undertake local government and environmental work for a range of public and private sector clients.

Art director Wayne Pick has been appointed joint creative director of Tequila\. Originally from South Africa, Pick arrives in Auckland from Tequila\London where he was creative partner and head of art.

Recruitment firm Hudson's practice managers, Peter Harbidge and Marc Burrage, are now its general managers. Harbridge moves to general manager, executive and specialist recruitment, while Burrage has been appointed as general manager, service and support recruitment.

Certus has appointed Steve Harsley as a senior consultant. Harsley brings more than six years of extensive experience as an IT specialist for IBM UK to Certus.
The firm has also appointed Bob Bowman to lead project manager. Bowman brings more than six years' experience managing large-scale IT projects for international clients and New Zealand companies, such as IAG and MetService.

SAP New Zealand has appointed Phill Patton as sales manager. Patton left his role in Canada to rejoin the New Zealand operation, where he first began working for the company six years ago.
