Sam Blackley is the head of production at Visionary. She joins the firm from Satellite Media where she supervised its music and entertainment production. Blackley will oversee Visionary's documentary, entertainment and lifestyle programming.

Eoin Fitzpatrick, previously employed in Britain with Morse Group, has joined Hamilton-based farmer co-operative Livestock Improvement as strategic procurement manager. Andrew Fear has been appointed national herd testing manager.
