Hayes Knight, chartered accounting and business advice consultancy, has appointed Lee Anderson and Colin Henderson as audit principals. Anderson has 10 years' audit experience and in-depth knowledge of auditing within the education, transport, health and not-for-profit sectors. Henderson has expertise in risk management, due diligence and both external and internal auditing.
Justine Kidd is the new chief executive officer of Equestrian Sports New Zealand. Kidd replaces Larry Graham, who has taken up the appointment of chief executive at New Zealand Golf.
Mobile phone company Alcatel has appointed Andrew Fairgray as chief executive of Alcatel New Zealand. He joined the firm in 2002 from Nokia and IBM.
Zintel Communications has appointed Debra Jackson as account management team leader. Jackson joins the firm with more than 13 years' account management and customer service experience in the telecommunications industry, eight of which she spent working in London.
The company has also appointed Allison Fairman as marketing executive. Before joining Zintel, Fairman worked for RSL COM, Sydney. Louise O'Brien has been appointed marketing executive, based in Sydney.
Ian Walker has been appointed New Zealand sales manager for Baycorp Advantage.
Gill Dennis has joined Drake New Zealand to lead its executive recruitment desk in Auckland. Previously a senior consultant with Allegis Group in London, she is a specialist in senior management recruitment for investment banks, financial services firms and technical personnel for IT.
Recruitment company Parker Bridge has promoted Hope Millar to senior consultant in its Wellington office.
