Charlie Gray has been promoted from marketing manager consumer at Yates New Zealand to the role of New Zealand manager. The role of Sydney-based Tony Higgs will be expanded from managing Yates' Australian commercial business to include commercial operations in New Zealand. Alan MacDonald, commercial business manager in Yates Auckland office, will remain the general contact point for the company's commercial customers. David Jakobs, general manager of Yates NZ, has moved to the company's Sydney-based head office to take on the role of general manager marketing.

The Supply Chain Association of New Zealand has new faces on its board. Peter Davies has been appointed chief executive officer with the overall responsibility for national operations. Rhys Ballantyne has been appointed regional manager northern. Jeff Lee has been appointed regional manager central, based in Wellington. Keith Robinson has been appointed regional manager southern, based in Christchurch.

Mirvac Hotels has appointed Louise Erceg as regional sales and marketing manager, New Zealand. She is responsible for the marketing The Sebel Suites Auckland and Quay West Suites Auckland, as well as supporting Mirvac's 17 Australian hotels in the New Zealand market.
