IT Recruitment firm Agility Group has appointed four new staff to its Auckland office. Mark Morgan joins as a senior recruitment consultant. Morgan was most recently a managing consultant with a specialist UK technology recruiting firm. Emma Roberts joins as a recruitment consultant in the contracting team. Roberts recently moved over from the UK after working as a internal recruiter for a IT consulting firm. Tessa Eastwood joins as a candidate manager and was previously working in a similar capacity for a Sydney based IT recruitment firm. Finally, Marie Vitali comes on board as the accounts controller.
Real Estate company Harveys (NZ) has made two senior appointments. Tony Loughran (Auckland) and Lauren Bullen (Wellington) join the company as business development managers to grow the Harveys network across the North Island. Loughan previously worked at Bayleys where he was one of three national auctioneers, and more recently Harcourts. Bullen, who has a Diploma in Business Studies (real estate) and AREINZ qualifications, has more than 20 years of property experience in the Wellington region. She has also been an auctioneer for 14 years.
A partner and seven new senior associates have been appointed at Bell Gully. Andrew Abernethy becomes the firms latest partner. New York-qualified, Abernethy practises as part of Bell Gully's corporate group. In Auckland seven new senior associates have been promoted. Marija Batistich specialises in resource management and environmental law. Katie Carson is a banking and finance specialist. Naomi Cervin is an employment lawyer. Davida Dunphy is a commercial property lawyer advising on property transactions and developments. Kevin Glover is a commercial litigator with particular expertise in intellectual property. Louise Hill specialises in mergers and acquisitions, company restructurings, electricity law, and general business law advice. Graeme Switzer is a corporate and commercial lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions, company restructurings, securities offerings, and general commercial law.
