XSOL has just taken on several new team members. Among them are Andrew Murray who is joining as sales Specialist, XSOL Solutions. He has held key sales roles at CMC Markets and NZHL.
Bill Cahill is joining as sales specialist, XSOL Solutions. He has extensive management and sales experience from the communication and electrical industry.
Julia Hamilton is joining as Marketing Assistant. She has a marketing background - working most recently at TYCO and studying at AUT University. Simon Corston-Oliver has been employed as a senior developer. He has recently returned to New Zealand and joins XSOL after nearly 13 years of living in the United States. He holds a PhD in Computational Linguistics and has spent ten years working at Microsoft Research in Seattle.

Jo Brothers is joining Health TV as sale and marketing director. She is a global online citizen and pioneer of interactive marketing in New Zealand. She's been involved in the industry since launching Monster.com in New Zealand in 1997. She also lectures for the Marketing Association of New Zealand in Essential Online Marketing. Prior to HTV Jo has held roles with Ogilvy, RBR Photon Group and the Noel Leeming Group.

Paul Korte has been appointed to the position of General Counsel for leading New Zealand insurer AIA (American International Assurance Company (Bermuda) Ltd). He will manage the company's legal and compliance functions.He brings more than 17 years' experience in the financial services sector to the role. His background includes senior legal counsel roles with AIA's parent company AIG (American International Group) in New York, Hong Kong and Australia. He holds degrees in law and economics from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.

After six years as Director Fair Trading, Deborah Battell is moving within the Commerce Commission to become Director Competition. Before joining the Commission, she worked as a strategic management consultant for KPMG and in her own business.
