Sanjay Lal, who has extensive life and disability underwriting experience, has joined the underwriting team at Fidelity Life in a senior underwriting role.

Mike Richards, who has a background in sales and IT, is the new sales manager of apartment realtor City Sales.

David Doyle is the principal of new recruitment company Chamberlin Doyle & Associates. He was previously practice manager for TMP Auckland. Hamish Marr, Joanna Williams and Matthew Wood have joined the firm. All are former TMP staff. Geraldine Jones has been appointed office manager.

Annie Spark is the new director of sales in North America for marketing and reservations company Mitchell Corp New Zealand. She will be based in Chicago. Rob Finlayson, representing the company in Auckland for the past three years, is now group director of sales.

Rachel Leitch, previously a marketing manager for a wildlife reserve, becomes Auckland sales manager. Bridget Dean, with a background in hotels, becomes responsible for South Island sales and is based in Christchurch.

Connie Miller a former Bartercard public relations manager, is the new development manager of the Auckland Philharmonia.

Patrick Mulligan is a newly appointed senior associate at law firm Kensington Swan. He is joined by David Campbell, Brenda Minkhorst, Chris Parke, Rosemarie Paul, Julian Dawson and Rachael Keenan.
