Integrity Incorporated has appointed Jenny Gibbs as chief executive and Tania Gough as senior consultant. Gibbs was a lawyer with Simpson Grierson. Gough was a senior consultant with Tocker Associates.
Sharon Henderson has been appointed group managing director of DDB New Zealand, following Martin O'Halloran's appointment as chairman of both New Zealand and Australia. Currently CEO of Aim Proximity New Zealand, Henderson has 16 years experience in above and below-the-line communications agencies.
KODE Biotech's new CEO is Peter Bradley. Professor Stephen Henry, the previous CEO, has taken on the role of chief scientific officer for the firm and remains director of AUT University's biotechnology research Institute. KODE Biotech was recently known as Kiwi Ingenuity.
Kirsty Walker has been appointed human resources manager for trans-Tasman law firm Duncan Cotterill. She has previously worked at Christchurch-based businesses Allied Telesyn Research and at Mainland Products.
Two new partners and eight senior associates have been appointed to law firm Bell Gully. Jane Holland and Dean Oppenhuis join the partnership, based in Auckland and Wellington respectively. Holland leads the firm's commercial leasing team. Oppenhuis is a corporate and commercial lawyer.
