Melanie Highet joins the company as client relationship manager in its Auckland office. Highet was most recently at Simpl, where she successfully built a new service line in customer relationship management solutions; David Roberts rejoins Optimation as a client director in its Wellington office after 15 months away. He has worked in IT, science and related industries for over 20 years.
