DraftFCB One-to-One is experiencing has made some recent senior appointments. Matthew Scott, former managing director of Draft/Rivet New Zealand has recently joined the agency to lead this growth as general manager of direct and interactive.

Susan Pilgrim, a litigator experienced in a wide variety of civil matters including commercial, trust and building disputes has joined as a senior associate. Barret Blaylock, a commercial and property law specialist, has been appointed a senior solicitor, as has Stephanie Corban, who joins the firms litigation and disputes resolution team. Kate Telford has also been promoted to senior associate in the corporate and commercial team. Kate's principal areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions, securities and general corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on private equity transactions.
A J Park has made two new senior associate promotions. Patent specialist Duncan de Geest has been promoted to senior associate in the Wellington office and branding and trade mark specialist Marcus Woodhouse has been promoted in the Auckland office.
A J Park has also appointed eight new associates. The new associates in the Auckland office are Mike Biagio, Richard Lock, Sarah Tallon and Angela Wray. The new associates in the Wellington office are Sarah Butt, Simon Pope, Scott Sonneman and Dan Winfield.
The partners of A J Park also announce that after 37 years, Andrew Collins retired from the partnerships of A J Park Patent Attorneys and A J Park Law on March 31.
Saint Clair Family Estate recently made two new appointments. Liam McElhinney has been appointed as white winemaker. He was born and raised in Marlborough and has arrived from working as co-winemaker at multi-award-winning Hawkes Bay winery, Trinity Hill.
Renowned viticulturist Malcolm Adams has also joined Saint Clair. He has been in the grape industry since 1987 managing acres for clients as well as owning vineyards for which he contract grows for four local wineries, including Saint Clair.
Howard Ross has joined Kinetic as a senior consultant who has been working in the recruitment industry since 1995. Ross is also a director of a funds management business and infrastructure company who will be working across all disciplines of the executive market.

Katrina Scopas has been appointed national operations manager. She has extensive experience in multi-site operations management, including project management, training and development and expenditure reviews.

Paul Ford has joined Deloitte as communications manager in the marketing and business development team. His areas of responsibility include media relations, thought leadership and internal communications. He is based in Wellington.
Colin MacArthur has been appointed transportation manager, Auckland at MWH, an international engineering and environmental consultancy with 800 New Zealand-based staff. He has 15 years experience in the transportation sector, most recently working as the Work Group Leader (Highways) at Opus International Consultants Ltd.
Specialist data solutions provider, Digiweb, has just appointed Ian Falconer as general manager. He has over 18 years experience in the technology sector. His recent roles included senior management positions with Gen-i and Telecom New Zealand, developing teams of specialist technology managers throughout the South Island.
Digital design agency Chrometoaster has appointed Brendan Jarvis as general manager of their newly established Auckland office. Jarvis, a gen-y digital native, was previously based at Chrometoaster in Wellington as head of client services.
Former telecommunications commissioner Douglas Webb, has joined specialist technology and regulatory law firm MGF Webb as senior regulatory adviser. As commissioner, Douglas was responsible for the implementation of the telecommunications regulatory regime.
