The College of Law New Zealand has appointed Peter Tritt as its chief executive and director of programmes. Tritt is a law graduate from Auckland University and was admitted to the Wellington High Court in 1987. He joins the College of Law after five years as manager of the Employers and Manufacturers Association Northern's Advice Service.

Jacquie Reid has joined The Edge as marketing and communications manager. She was the business development manager of The Carlton Hotel Auckland (Australian conference and incentive market).

Canon New Zealand has appointed four people to its Integrated Solutions Group. Steve Lewthwaite, formerly senior business consultant and software marketing manager for Fuji Xerox, has been appointed as professional services consultant based in Auckland. The team also includes Ichsan Zwart (Auckland), Adrian McNaughten (Wellington) and Luke Shaw (Christchurch).

Justin Cox has been appointed general manager of law firm Hesketh Henry. He has been associated with the firm since 2002. Murray Fulton, Hesketh Henry's CEO since 2000, left the firm this month. Steve Rutherford is joining the firm as senior solicitor within the commercial property team. Ben Unger has been appointed CEO of Cardlink.

Michael Fann has been appointed as a non-executive director of Bartercard, the trade exchange scheme for business. Fann is the general manager of Just Water New Zealand.

Enprise Solutions' chief executive Mark Loveys is now the chairman of the Enprise board. Former Solution 6 New Zealand general manager Neil Bell is now Enprise's chief executive. John Quirk, a director of investment and management company Howard & Company, joins the Enprise board as a non-executive director.
