Northland civil engineering and roading contractor McBreen Jenkins Construction has appointed Andrew Kingstone as chief financial officer.
Professor Tom Barnes, deputy vice-chancellor (research) at The University of Auckland, has been appointed to a senior post at the University of Greenwich in London. He will become Greenwich's pro vice-chancellor, research and enterprise from January 2008.
Vector Arena has announced the appointment of Guy Ngata as general manager. Ngata was formerly operations and events manager at Trusts Stadium, Waitakere.
BT Funds Management has appointed Ian Perry as national manager, mezzanine and networks. Perry was previously head of intermediary services for First NZ Capital.
Turnstone, suppliers of VoIP solutions for businesses, have appointed Bruce Jelley as senior Cisco engineer to the team. Jelley previously worked for the Samsung European head office as a senior network and telephony engineer.
Turnstone has also appointed Peter Naylor as sales manager. Naylor previously worked for Comtel Communications as sales manager.
Chapman Tripp is delighted to welcome Gabriel Gati who joins the corporate and commercial group as a senior solicitor. Gabriel brings experience in private equity and venture capital transactions, and acts for managers, investors and investee companies.
Zintel Group has appointed Matthew Christie as general manager of its enterprise business. Christie was most recently vice-president of Novell Australasia.
