New Zealand data centre and enterprise storage firm Revera (formerly HdS) has appointed Dave Adams as business development manager. A former country manager for US enterprise storage giant Network Appliance, Adams has worked in the IT sector for over 20 years.
Westaff has appointed Jennifer Domett as national business development manager for New Zealand. Domett has 11 years experience in the recruitment industry, where she has been responsible for managing key accounts and developing client relationships. SSA Global has appointed Graeme Riley as managing director, SSA Global Pacific Region. Riley will be responsible for the operations of SSA Global in New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands. He joined SSA Global in January 2004 as general manager for SSA Global New Zealand and has over 30 years of experience in IT management. Bell Gully has appointed senior solicitor Marija Batistich. She joins the firm's Commercial Services team in Auckland after returning from London where she has been practising law for the past five years.
Iain Epps has been appointed as Gen-i's, Telecoms ICT business, regional manager for Software Solutions, Christchurch. He was previously employed as a manager at SunGard AvantGard, taking responsibility for delivery of the systems and architecture of the AvantGard-Quantum product.
Rob Young has been appointed herd test operations manager with Hamilton-based Livestock Improvement. He has been with Livestock Improvement since February last year as a project manager within the company's information division. Previously he held various management positions in Northern Ireland.
Security software distribution company Chillisoft has appointed Simon Diprose as sales manager. Responsible primarily for channel sales and development, he has 14 years' IT sector experience and for the past seven years ran his own business providing IT support and services to business customers.
Leanne Carter has joined the Auckland office of recruitment firm Robert Walters as international candidate consultant. Prior to that she spent two years working within the commerce division of the firm in London.
