Hewlett-Packard has appointed Darryn Keiller as commercial accounts, solution partner and alliances manager. He was previously the firm's commercial and small to medium business manager.

Trevor Wilkinson has been appointed chief executive officer of Auckland based nutraceutical manufacturer, Vital Foods. Before joining the firm Wilkinson spent 10 years working for Royal Numico, a Dutch-based multinational.

Trans-Tasman law firm, Minter Ellison Rudd Watts, has appointed Alistair McDonald as a partner in the real estate division. Mark Stuart has also been made a partner in the firm.

Dean Stevens has been appointed a partner of CST Nexia, the Manukau City-based chartered accounting firm. Stevens has been with the firm since 2003.

RxWorks, a supplier of business management software and services for the veterinary industry, has appointed Karyn Vincent as practice advisor for New Zealand. Most recently she worked as practice manager at Te Arora Veterinary Services.

Law firm Simpson Grierson has appointed five new associates. They are: Alex Campbell, who specialises in corporate advisory work, Andrew Tetzlaff and Craig Nelson, who advise on all aspects of commercial law, Emma Mosely who specialises in local and central government and Jonathan Lewin, who advises on information technology, communications and other commercial transactions.

ING New Zealand has appointed Steven Giannoulis to the role of general manager, marketing and Investor services. Currently general manager marketing, he will add management of the client services, registry and office support teams to his responsibilities for product management, marketing, communications and brand development at the company.

Ellie Hayward, previously at Hewlett Packard, has joined Zintel as human resource manager.

Jan Dawson has been appointed chairman and CEO of KPMG New Zealand. She has been involved in audit and advising the banking and financial services industry in New Zealand and Canada for 22 years. Dawson was previously managing partner for KPMG Auckland.

RealENZ has appointed Alistair Helm to the newly created position of chief executive. Most recently Helm was been working as a freelance consultant on a number of projects.
