Noise solutions and technology company, Phitek Systems has appointed Chris de Boer as chairman of the board. Alan Gore joins the firm as senior hardware engineer, he was previously with Navman. Stephen Hayes has been appointed senior production engineer from Paradox Security where he was general manager and Claude Sabourin is vice-president sales. Before joining Phitek, Sabourin was director of sales for Apogee Technology.
