DBM, a global human performance management consulting firm, has reshaped its New Zealand management team. Reece Notton is the new managing director, responsible for the business in New Zealand. Karon Campbell, managing consultant and a founding member of DBM New Zealand, will extend her role into business development.

They are: Lesley Anderson (financial assurance, Wellington); Michele Embling (IFRS, Auckland); John Fisk (business recovery, Wellington); Brent Goldsack (corporate tax, Auckland); Michael Hinton (corporate tax, Wellington); Colin McCloy (business recovery, Auckland); David Nalder (systems assurance, Wellington); Murray Schnuriger (corporate finance, Auckland); Paul Skillender (financial risk management, Auckland) and Jonathan Skilton (financial assurance, Auckland).

Noise solutions and technology company, Phitek Systems has appointed Chris de Boer as chairman of the board. Alan Gore joins the firm as senior hardware engineer, he was previously with Navman. Stephen Hayes has been appointed senior production engineer from Paradox Security where he was general manager and Claude Sabourin is vice-president sales. Before joining Phitek, Sabourin was director of sales for Apogee Technology.

Noel Dempsey has been appointed general manager attractions and support services for SkyCity Auckland. Mr Dempsey was formerly chief operating officer with Restaurant Brands.
