Michael Moore is the new director of Subritzky SeaLink. Currently chief executive of the company, Moore is responsible for its day-to-day management.

Professor Iain Martin has been appointed Dean of the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences at the University of Auckland. Professor Martin, who now heads the School of Medicine, takes up his position on September 5.

Bernard McCrea has been appointed to the new role of national investment director at Money Managers. McCrea has held managerial positions at institutions such as ANZ/Postbank, Trustees Executors, Tower and AIA Insurance.

Richard Manaton is the new general manager of marketing at Progressive Enterprises. He has worked in senior general management and marketing roles for Fonterra in Singapore and for Goodman Fielder Wattie.

DHL has appointed Phil Corcoran as national sales manager New Zealand. He has worked for the company for 10 years.

Madeline Plant has joined Buddle Findlay as HR adviser for legal staff in the Auckland office.

ATL Systems has appointed Dan Biggs as operations manager, based in the company's Auckland office.

Jenny Ang has been appointed director - operations for the Institution of Professional Engineers (IPENZ).

Brand communications agency Brave New World has appointed Ranjna Makan as account manager.

John Waugh has been appointed director of UK Trade and Investment, based in Auckland. He will also take on the role of Honorary British Consul-General.
