Lucy Thomson has joined Buddle Findlay's Christchurch office as a senior solicitor in the commercial team. Lucy recently returned from London where she worked for three years in the corporate department of Clyde & Co. Rebecca Dickison has also joined Buddle Findlay's Christchurch office as a solicitor in the commercial team. Prior to joining the firm she practised general commercial, banking and finance law at Chapman Tripp.
Phil Taylor, formerly CEO of City Forests, Dunedin is now managing director of forestry company Blakely Pacific. He replaces Michael Buchanan who retired from the company last year.
Aston Moss is the new general manager of human resources at Progressive Enterprises. He comes to New Zealand from an HR role with Woolworths, Australia.
Grant Goldsmith joins Chapman Tripp's banking and finance team as a fifth-year solicitor. He returns from London where he worked for Barclays Bank as in-house counsel. Vikki Wilmore joins the law firm as administration manager, responsible for administration and hospitality in the Auckland office. Wilmore most recently worked for Audit New Zealand as northern corporate business services manager. Rachel Burnett has joined its commercial property team as a legal advisor from commercial law firm Stephenson Harwood in London.
Brett Winstanley joins Jason Travel Media as financial controller. He previously spent 14 years with Budget Rent a Car, ultimately as finance director, Australasia.
Bayer CropScience has appointed Neil Waddingham to a new marketing manager role covering broad acre crops such as cereals, maize and pasture. He is from Britain where he was Bayer CropScience's campaign manager for combinable crops and responsible for several successful product launches.
