Canterbury's Mount Hutt Ski Area is revising plans for a new transport service this winter.
The ski area was planning to introduce a park and ride shuttle service and two new bus lines from Methven and Christchurch.
Manager Dave Wilson says the Christchurch earthquake and the hurricanes and floods along the east coast of Australia have driven the review.
He says both areas are two of Mt Hutt's key markets and the potential impact on the uptake of the proposed new services is unknown.
Dave Wilson says it is possible the services will be introduced next year.
