KEY POINTS:
A truck has hit the Penrose over-bridge, spraying bits of concrete across the motorway at about 10.20am.
Sergeant Christopher Money said bits of concrete were across the north and southbound lanes.
Mr Money said the over-bridge was being checked by engineers and motorway traffic was slow.
