KEY POINTS:
A Hamilton Gull service station ran out of 91 petrol today, as motorists queued up to take advantage of cheap fuel on offer.
Selected Gull stations dropped prices by 5c a litre and motorists seeking relief from soaring prices took advantage.
Gull spokesman Dave Bodger says he could not believe the Norton Rd service station ran out of fuel. He says they were well stocked yesterday, but the demand was unbelievable.
Mr Bodger says Gull will not be maintaining its low fuel prices throughout the ANZAC weekend.
