A motorcyclist who died after a crash in the Wairarapa has been named as German tourist Arnold Alfred Thomas Zehner Jr.
The 35-year-old German national who was holidaying in New Zealand when he collided with another vehicle on Castlepoint Rd around 9.20am on Monday.
A truck and a motorcycle collided and Zehner Jr sustained critical injuries. He died at the scene shortly after.
The Serious Crash Unit investigation into the crash is ongoing.
