A man is dead after a motorcycle crash near Dairy Flat, north of Auckland, a police spokesman confirmed early this morning.
The 47-year-old was taken to Auckland City Hospital in a critical condition following the 6.20pm Wednesday crash at Kahikatea Rd, between Dairy Flat and Kaukapakapa.
No other vehicles were involved and the Serious Crash Unit are investigating.
