A couple of riders were injured when the motorcycle they were riding slid off the road in wet conditions.
The Lowe Corporation Rescue Helicopter responded to the accident in Nuhaka about 12pm today.
A 55-year old man suffered leg and shoulder injuries, and a 54 year-old woman injured her shoulder.
Both were flown to the Hawke's Bay Hospital for further treatment.
