"We did cancer [society] for the last two years so decided to go for them [Starship]. We like to give everyone a chance."
The show begins at 11am, cars will be judged by Tui Girls at about 1pm, with a prizegiving at 2pm.
Awards will be presented for best presented car, best presented motorbike, furthest travelled, star of the show, people's choice and best paint job.
There will also be an "other" category, for anything outstanding, Mrs Holmes said.
Winners will receive Tui beer and other prizes.
There will be live entertainment from local Pahiatua band, Beats Working, and food from community groups and the Tui HQ Cafe.
Free Tui Brewery tours from 11am to 2pm will also be on offer.
This year is the fourth year of the event. "Hopefully the sun will be shining," Mrs Holmes said.
Entry costs $15 per car/motorcycle. Participants are also asked to bring a non-perishable food item for the food bank.
