A teenage mother allegedly stabbed her 2-year-old son with a boning knife, a High Court jury was told in Hamilton on Monday. But Kim Knoll, 19, claims the boy was attacked by a masked man who forced his way into her home.
Knoll is charged with attempting to murder her son at her Te Aroha home on May 5, and also faces an alternative count of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
