Mortgage fraud charges for two women

Two women are due to appear in court next week to face charges in connection with alleged mortgage fraud, police said yesterday.

A customer services representative, 29, appears in the Auckland District Court on Tuesday facing charges relating to the sum of $540,000.

In a separate case, a 44-year-old on Monday faces two charges each of using a false travel document and obtaining money by deception.
