The Government will buy 133 more Pinzgauer Light Operational Vehicles, or LOVs, for the Army.
The purchase is the second tranche of the British-built LOVs. The 188 approved early this year will start arriving in August. Sixty of the second tranche will be armoured.
The 321 LOVs, which will replace the Army's ageing Land Rovers, will cost $93 million. The project had been expected to cost between $60 million and $110 million.
