More teens charged

Two more teenagers have been arrested in connection with the attack on off-duty policeman John Connolly at Tuakau last month.

The two appeared in Pukekohe Youth Court yesterday with 11 others who had already been charged.

Charges were also upgraded from assault to wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

All 13 accused are aged between 14 and 18 and will reappear in Pukekohe Youth Court this month.
