Last night, Mr Impey made a statement to the police saying the footage was stolen.
The 12-minute clip - which has since been pulled from YouTube - was interspersed with an emotional Dixon sending a message to Tindall via the camera.
He tells the player he uploaded the footage so people "can make their own opinions and judgments".
It shows Tindall flirting with the blonde near the bar. The pair playfully put their hands on each other's faces and hit each other.
Further footage shows another woman joining the man and woman for shots, before Tindall leads the blonde off-screen by the hand.
Dixon tells Tindall via the clip that his alleged behaviour was that "of someone unbecoming, especially to someone such as the Queen or Zara Phillips".
"Mr Tindall, when you give your word, in my country that means your word completely. You don't break it for anyone," Dixon says.
The footage then shows Tindall and the woman holding each other in the bar's entrance. He hangs his head and the woman kisses his forehead.
Dixon tells Tindall he "gave his word to God and country".
"And you come to my country for the Rugby World Cup, and you behave in a manner unbecoming of someone of which is an ambassador."
The clip then shows Tindall and woman arm-in-arm and swaying outside the bar.
In an apparent reference to the British tabloids, Dixon tells Tindall that nobody will profit from the videos, "but you'll remember me - I'm a bouncer, one of the many".
Photos from Altitude's Facebook page show England players posing with women and dwarfs involved in the bar's "Mad Midget Weekender: Jelly Wrestling" event.
Lara Roussel, 29, who had her photo taken with the players in the bar, told the Weekend Herald she didn't see any misbehaviour.
One thing she did remember was that the England players were "bad dancers", but apart from that it was a "total non-event".
Zara Phillips is understood to be due in New Zealand on Monday with other wives and girlfriends.
Bouncer's revenge
The video that allegedly shows England captain Mike Tindall getting close to a blonde woman while on a night out in Queenstown was uploaded by security guard Jonathan Dixon.
But after the clip attracted the attention of media yesterday, Dixon removed it from YouTube and turned off his mobile phone.
Dixon told One News he had been "hammered by reporters from around the world all day" and he took the clip down because he was asked to by a "security guard".
Altitude Bar management phoned the England rugby camp to alert them as soon as they were aware of the leak and have fired the security company Dixon works for.
