MMP vote not clear

A referendum on retaining MMP could be a tight race, a survey shows. The poll, by Research NZ, of 500 people found 45 per cent were in favour of retaining MMP, 42 per cent were against and 13 per cent were not sure. The poll was conducted between September 8 and 10.
