Artisan flour expert Darren Curnow of Australian miller Laucke is among hundreds of exhibitors at the four-day Food Show Auckland, starting at the ASB Showgrounds today.
New Zealand's national food and wine extravaganza features all things edible and drinkable, as well as the latest kitchen equipment and know-how.
The event features tastings and special deals, and dozens of celebrity chefs will make appearances to teach visitors tricks of the foodie trade including Ray McVinnie, Simon Gault and Dr Libby Weaver.
Auckland's event runs from today until Sunday, from 10am until 6pm.
