A young girl who went missing from her home in Wanganui has been located by police.
Connie Flanagan, 16, was reported missing on Monday night after she wandered away from her home, police said.
Several witnesses reported seeing her in the Kai Iwi Beach area and police located her there safe and well about 11.30pm yesterday.
Police thanked members of the public who contacted them with information.
