An international student reported to have been missing since Friday morning, actually returned to her home late on Friday night.
Police told the Herald last night that the 14 year- old had been missing since Friday morning.
But this morning, police spokesman Kevin Loughlin said the girl returned on Friday night.
He said the police who spoke to the Herald last night had the wrong information.
Mr Loughlin said police had not been searching for the girl over the weekend.
