Missing Hutt Valley man found

Police have found a missing 22-year-old Hutt Valley man not seen since Tuesday last week.

Detective Senior Sergeant Paul Borrell, officer in charge of the Lower Hutt CIB said Karl Baars was found around 7am at an Upper Hutt address.

"Police believe Mr Baars had been the subject of physical threats and was hiding out as a result," he said.
